Mayabunder

Situated in the northern part of Middle Andaman Island, Mayabunder offers excellent scenic beauty, mangrove creeks and beautiful beaches. Inhabited by settlers from Burma and East Pakistan. Mayabunder has a distinct culture. Beaches at Avis Island and Karmatang are fascinating.

Baratang Island

It holds the natures best treasures gifted to the Islands. It is one of the main islands of the Great Andaman group. Limestone caves, Active Mud Volcano, Tothatekri, Baludera Beach & Roglachang Beach are just a few of them. The Road journey from Port Blair to Baratang is through a dense jungle. It is the must-see Island for Eco Adventurers visiting Andaman Islands.

Parrot Island

It is a natural habitat for parrots in this region. Thousands of parrots returning home before every sunset is a unique and must see view for all nature lovers.

Ross & Smith Island

Ross & Smith Island: It is about 25 minutes by ferry from Diglipur in North Andaman Islands (Andaman & Nicobar). Though these are commonly referred to as twin islands, they are actually a single island sperated by a sand bar which makes it appear like two seperate islands.
You will need permission from the Forest officer to enter these islands. The forest officer can be found at the Aerial bay Jetty in Diglipur. There are ferries available from here to Ross & Smith Islands. There is a lagoon side and a sea side to the beach. If you like the waves go to the other side or if you prefer calmer waters stay on the lagoon side.
One who prefers to be away from the hustle and humdrum of urban life must come here to enjoy unhurried holidays.

Snake Island

Snake Island which is very near to Corbyn’s Cove Beach is a spectacular dive landscape of Andaman and Nicobar Islands. It has a magnificient collection of corals on offer. This island has awesome rock faces and the marine life includes trigger fish, grunts, goatfish and rays. Although the currents in the water surrounding the island are pretty strong and swimming can be dangerous, one can Scuba Dive if accompanied with an instructor.

Havelock Island

The island is named after Henry Havelock, a British general active in India. The island's current population consists of Bengali settlers.It is the Island with beautiful sandy beaches fringed with green canopy of the rain forest beckons every one to enjoy the fun at the azure sea. Vijayanagar beach, 5kms away from the jetty on the eastern side and Elephant beach, 10kms away from the jetty on the north western part of the Island are other breathtaking beaches.

Jolly Bouy Island

It is a breathtaking island with some of the most environment friendly policies such as – No Plastic. The practices are very strict and to be on the island you first need to show your plastic belongings at the Wandoor beach. You need to pack your bags with all the food items as there you will not get anything. This amazingly beautiful island is a perfect heaven for the scuba divers and the snorkeling lovers. However if you ant to enjoy any of these you need to bring in the swim suits. This no man’s land is just waiting for you with unlimited amount of fun and celebration.

Neil Island

This beautiful Island with lush green forest and sandy beaches is the vegetable bowl of Andamans. Connected by boat from Port Blair daily, it provides an ideal beauty holiday for eco-friendly tourists. One can feel the serenity of village life here. The beaches at Lakshmanpur, Bharatpur & Sitapur, and natural bridge formations on the sea-shore are fascinating . Snorkeling and Scuba Diving are activity options.

Viper Island

The Island derives its name from the vessel 'Viper' in which Lt.Archibald Blair came to the Island in 1768 with the purpose of establishing a Penal Settlement. The Jail @ Viper, where prisoners deported from the mainland were confined, was built by the British under the supervision of Major Fort. Work on the prison was started in 1867. Owing to the working conditions, the jail earned the notorious name Viper Chain Gang Jail.

Ross Island

This small island stands right across Port Blair, encompassing in a way the entire life of Andamans. The Island served as the Capital from 1858 till 1941, when the Japanese occupied it and converted it into a PoW site. The ruins of the Church and the Chief Commissioner's house among overcrowding vines and aerial roots are the most evocative of the remains.
